The Memorial Hall is home to Cinema In The Dale, a community cinema for Pateley Bridge and Upper Nidderdale.

We have access to a huge range of blockbusters, classic films, and family favourites. We show films once they have left the big cinema chains, so if you wait a few weeks extra, you can see the latest releases right here in Pateley Bridge.

All sales from tickets go to help support the Hall and keep the films rolling.

We’re currently working through a series of refurbishments to make Cinema In The Dale even better.

We have installed a new, state of the art, motorised cinema screen, and a brand new amplifier to improve the sound quality

The Memorial Hall has also been completely redecorated, and we have new chairs. We have also recently had new blackout new blinds fitted, to make your community cinema experience better than ever.

We are always looking for help selling tickets on the door, serving ice cream during the interval, and we’d love to find people who would like to run the projection of our adverts and main feature films.

Sadly, we have cancelled our November and December film nights. Monthly films will return in the New Year.
